a case of the januarys...

last january, i had a case of the blues so severe and so intense, that my friends just dubbed them the 'januarys' and we all knew to never bring them or that month of my life up again.

now, this is in no way a comparison, but i am definitely fighting a minor case of the januarys. this whole week, i have just been feeling aimless, emotional, a little sick (oh, the new news is that i have a bleeding ulcer, according to a doctor on duty at urgent care monday night), and unmotivated. this happens every year at this time, but i'd like to skip this part of the year, you know?

well, i just found a great way to do it! I just made a 'happiness' slideshow with a happiness soundtrack on my happy little macbook pro! i was going through iphoto and came across some awesome photos that made me smile even though i have been intent on staying near catatonic. if i was really good on this computer, i'd be able to make it a link and you'd all be able to see it, but i don't know how to do that. if someone does (Patrick!), let me know how! in the meantime, here are two photos from this fall that i always meant to put up on the blog and never got around to it with the other events of life. hee hee hee...
